Jan 15 at十分 or 平溪 which was little mountain town of north Taiwan, now it became a very popular event that many many forigners visited the small country To enjoy the flying lamp festival, it could be a international village in the future,
Because the people of 十分 or 平溪 were very kind to every visitors include many forigners ,That s a big change during the recently years Anyway it was always beautiful views that rised many flying lamps at same time to the sky
